CCHS Christmas Rememberance

Christmas 2023

Dear Alumni and Friends,

We are especially thankful for the many blessings Cedar Catholic has had this past year so at Christmas time, we especially pray for alumni and friends with much appreciation and thanks. Our benefactors are truly a light of hope for our Catholic school like the Star of David was the light on Christmas night for the Holy Family.

Cedar Catholic observes a Christmas Remembrance annually to commemorate the tradition of a lighted candle in the window or entrance of a home as a welcome to the Holy Family and the Blessed Virgin about to give birth to the Christ Child. As a light in the night, the stable was a welcomed sight to the Holy Family. The view of a candle radiating into the dark of a cold night is a welcomed source of warmth, hope, and hospitality.

Thank God for His hospitality and the gift of His son Jesus who radiates the warmth of love, mercy, and peace into the darkness of this world. Thank God for all who remember Cedar Catholic with a Christmas or year-end gift to assist the school’s annual budget. One-third of the Schools’ budget is dependent upon generosity. Two thirds of Cedar’s budget is respectively provided by parish subsidies and tuition. Your gifts share essential light on annual needs.

We invite you to offer a Christmas gift to support our school’s mission. All generosity is much appreciated. All gifts help the continuance of Cedar Catholic instilling the light of learning in our students.

May Christ illuminate your heart this Christmas and always.
