GALA Committee Updates

Gala & Grand Auction

 

Thank you to all Gala committee members, volunteers, administration, faculty, staff, student and parent helpers, and auctioneers/clerks who are part of putting together and making the Gala event successfully happen.

There’s a total of about 275 committee member and helper positions needed each year who offer time, service, and work from months before to weeks after the Gala.

Also, appreciation is extended to the 263 fourth through twelfth grade students selling raffle tickets, the approximate 1,000 local and regional gift donations, and over 230 auction gift buyers.

Gala committee member can reference the committee responsibilities noted below. You should have received a copy of your committee letter(s) in the mail. Please regard all deadlines listed in the notes. Some important deadlines include: Gala event tickets are on sale now; advance tickets only - no at the door event ticket sales. Raffle tickets are currently on sale by students. Auction gift descriptions need to be turned in by February 3.
